DataDab publishes practical, evidence-backed thinking for B2B SaaS founders, marketing leaders, growth teams, and operators.
We accept a limited number of outside contributions from people with real experience in B2B marketing, SaaS growth, content strategy, AI visibility, CRM, sales enablement, and revenue operations.
We are not looking for generic SEO articles, recycled listicles, or thin AI-written submissions. We are interested in sharp, useful pieces that bring original thinking, practical examples, first-hand experience, data, or a clear point of view.
If that sounds like your kind of contribution, we would like to hear from you.
What we publish
We are most interested in articles that help B2B teams make better marketing and growth decisions.
Good topics include:
- B2B SaaS growth strategy
- AI visibility and answer engine optimization
- Decision-stage content
- SaaS positioning and category design
- CRM and marketing automation
- Sales enablement
- Account-based marketing
- Content strategy and content operations
- Conversion research
- Product-led growth
- Marketing analytics
- Customer retention
- Founder-led marketing
- Lessons from real campaigns, experiments, or implementation work
The strongest submissions usually come from practitioners who have done the work, seen what breaks, and can explain the trade-offs clearly.
What we do not publish
We reject submissions that are written mainly for search engines rather than readers.
Please do not send:
- Generic “complete guides” with no original insight
- AI-generated drafts with light editing
- Rewritten versions of existing articles
- Thin listicles
- Overly promotional product pitches
- Casino, crypto, payday loan, adult, gambling, essay-writing, CBD, betting, or unrelated affiliate content
- Articles created mainly to place links
- Content that does not fit DataDab’s B2B SaaS and marketing audience
We also reserve the right to edit, decline, noindex, add disclosures, or remove content that no longer meets our editorial standards.
Editorial standards
Every accepted article should be useful to a serious B2B reader.
A strong DataDab contribution usually has:
- A specific argument or insight
- Practical examples
- Evidence, data, screenshots, or first-hand experience where relevant
- Clear writing
- Honest trade-offs
- No filler intros
- No keyword stuffing
- No unsupported claims
- No fake case studies
- No invented statistics
- No recycled AI output
Preferred length: 1,200 to 2,500 words, depending on the topic.
Longer is not automatically better. A focused, original 1,400-word piece is more valuable than a bloated 3,000-word article.
Links and attribution
Contributor articles may include relevant links where they genuinely help the reader.
All links are reviewed editorially. We may remove, edit, qualify, or relabel links at our discretion.
For transparency:
- Links must be relevant to the article.
- We do not accept hidden, misleading, or off-topic links.
- Paid, sponsored, partner, or commercial links may be marked with appropriate attributes such as
rel="sponsored"orrel="nofollow". - We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or link equity.
- We do not publish articles whose main purpose is link placement.
This keeps the publication useful for readers and protects the long-term quality of DataDab.
Contributor options
We review two types of submissions.
Expert contributions
These are original articles from founders, operators, marketers, consultants, and practitioners with useful experience to share.
The article must fit DataDab’s audience and editorial standards.
Partner contributions
We also consider a limited number of partner-supported articles from relevant B2B SaaS companies, agencies, and service providers.
Partner contributions are still subject to editorial review. Payment does not guarantee publication, specific anchor text, search performance, or followed links.
The goal is simple: useful content for our readers first.

FAQ
Do you accept guest posts?
Yes, but selectively. We accept outside contributions when they are relevant, original, and useful to DataDab’s B2B SaaS and marketing audience.
Can I include links?
Yes, if the links are relevant and useful for readers. All links are reviewed editorially. Paid, sponsored, partner, or commercial links may be qualified with appropriate attributes such as rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".
How many links can I include?
There is no fixed public link package. Include only links that naturally support the article. We may remove or edit links that feel excessive, promotional, irrelevant, or inserted mainly for SEO.
Can I link to my company?
Yes, when it is contextually relevant. Pure advertorials are not accepted.
Do you accept AI-generated content?
We accept AI-assisted work only when it has been heavily edited and improved by a real practitioner. Submissions must include original insight, examples, experience, or data. Obvious AI-generated drafts are rejected.
Google’s own guidance says generative AI can help with research and structure, but using it to create many pages without adding value may violate scaled content abuse policies.
How quickly do you publish?
Timing depends on editorial fit, review workload, and the amount of editing required. We do not promise instant publication.
Will my article stay live permanently?
We usually keep strong articles live, but we reserve the right to update, consolidate, noindex, or remove content if it becomes outdated, inaccurate, irrelevant, or inconsistent with DataDab’s editorial standards.
What gets rejected fastest?
Submissions created mainly for links, generic AI-written articles, off-topic content, fake thought leadership, and pieces with no practical value for B2B readers.
